Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- The property offers step-free entry through the garage.
- The property is an end unit condo and shares walls with the next door unit.
Policies and Rules
- No pets allowed.
- Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. The primary renter must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
- No smoking allowed inside the home.
- Children allowed.
- No events or parties allowed above the posted occupancy of 8 guests at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise, music, and conversations to a reasonable level.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- Maximum of 3 cars allowed (2 in garage, 1 in the parking lot).
- Do not park in the neighbor's carport.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and utensils.
- Starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. Provided quantities are intended for one or two nights.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- High-speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer are available.
- Patio and free parking (up to 3 cars) included.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months (November-March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given for inability to reach the property due to insufficient vehicle preparation as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
